I don't care about the news anymore actually. If I get a signal I'm in even if there is NFP, CPI and Fed on the same day. Don't care!
News are meaningless.

Just some musings from me, an old time trader -----

If you have palpitations trading its because your damn size is way too DAMN big !!!!

If you cant sleep all night like a baby leaving your trades on its because your size is way too DAMN big !!!!

Small and steady wins the fuckinrace --- you need chips left over after a series of losers to hang in this game and be able to trade the next day, as Wavskierrob says BIG BANK SMALL LOTS

Dont try to double or triple your account in a week, even though it is possible. Take the road less travelled and you will get there. SLOW n EASY

I have a slightly different perspective, the 'news' serves as a catalyst for the algorithms controlling price to manipulate price. The data and and the direction of the manipulation sometimes coincide but not necessarily.

Failure to trade above 1.2790 is invitation of 1.2705 tomorrow. Current August is still shaping up as price hasn't bought above the monthly open by 30 pips or more, 80% of times this happens the trend eventually turn bullish. Expected range this August is 430 - 530 pips.

Still 100 more pips needed to complete this quarter which means 1.32 versus 1.25, still 8 more weeks left to decide which of the two.

closed all remaining Buy with added buy 0.10 at 1.27523

IF price move back to test middle horizontal line, which is about 1.2750. My "GUESS" it will continoue to at least lower horizontal line. But i will see tomorrow,
