I understand your point but just to let you know from a veteran analyst, most of the analysis here is bullshit. Don't let anybody fool you. If you pay close attention, you will notice that a lot of the people in here posting charts are also lying out of their ass most of the time. Which means they are likely losing money or breaking even.

When I first started trading, I was hunting down veteran traders in New York. I physically met them and learned from them. The people on this site are very unprofessional and they like to bullshit everybody. The newbies here flock to these frauds thinking they are going to learn something. Ask yourself when is the last time you saw professional traders acting the way they do?

Never.

Moral of the story is you're really not losing anything if you don't see any analysis. These guys have poor analytical skills and most of them can't even think for themselves. You can learn much more from reading a book or watching trading videos. The guys in here post the most ridiculous bullshit analysis I've ever seen.

Agreed at some point.

1) Ive sent yt channel multiple times where it exposes what ICT does. Real exposes with private investigators etc
2) there are no one that actually makes money with his methods long term. None.

Its not a feeling. I have all his mentorship because I was one of the students in 2018-2019. I spent a lot of hours on that stuff. Sure I had success with it. Only short term. At the end you’ll blow yourself up because it just doesnt work. Later when I startes looking forward into Supply and Demand or S/R trading i noticed that his stuff is repackage renamed and just complicated stuff of simple SnD or S/R trading. After that I quited completely his stuff and started to think with my own head. Built my own stuff. Last year, in december I accidentaly saw this yt channel where it exposes ICT and I was curious. At the start I wasnt really sold but I watched and the guy who exposes had actually hired a private investigator to go through his stuff and lies came out after lies. The leased shit etc. And at the end he used multiple laptops to film both sides of the market and post the succeasful trades + speed up to add comments like it was live example then I understood why Sometimes I had great days and then i blew up myself but I was doing exactly what I was “taught”.


Well if you go to work in an office then you don’t talk about work all the time right. You talk about everything. Trading is a lonely job. These forums come in handy to deal with boredness. And finally find some people who you “click” and hang out with virtual “friends” as if you were in the work office
maybe one day actually meet some of them irl you never know. I travel quite alot yearly. Scotland I visit every year on halloween etc. Europe.. and so on.

Another round of thank you for this. Spent some time watching some of his videos last night and found that his three-box strategy fits into my method. I think I can refine my system more with his approach.

Also, I think I need to read Wyckoff's book to understand market psychology more.

that looks bang on. Next week we have UK BoE data seems there is no or only .25 rate rise in play that should bring it down to below 128 again.
In the meantime we have a potential fallout from the Japanese retrace and up move that could help push the pound over 129-12970 area.

I find this true to a lesser extent. I personally studied his teachings for quit some time but the only difference I could have with you is I put my money on the line for every lesson I was picking online. I realized that SMC gave me a tendance of being overly confident hence risky alot sometimes and losing big time. I believe you can make alot of money if you fine tune his style of trading to suit yours. Anything on YT is for 2 major reasons;
1. Getting money(views)
2. Teaching a subject
I want to bring your attention to the 1st and most important reason. Most people will do anything for the money, including lying to you. They want you to keep coming back for more videos so that they get paid.
We are supposed to see through those lies by practising what we are taught, that is the bitter fact and cost to pay for their knowledge.

There's still no confirmation candle appeared so the price is likely to move either direction. I believe that the break-out was a false one!

NFP will definitely beat the forecast again. I can already see titles like: "Economy continues to add jobs beating expectations again despite a miss in June, unemployment still at record lows".

Bidenomics: "Economy is doing great and we added another 300 thousand jobs, unemployment still at record lows."

Or maybe I have information that was leaked by my buddy at Wall Street to whom was leaked by Nick to whom was leaked by Powell himself.

for long position, wait for a confirmation candle(4H-1D, both of them) closing above 1.29200-1.29400
currently the body of the daily candle is below the daily ascending channel. for long position to be valid, the daily candle should close(confirmation candle) above the channel support (above 1.29).

What can Daily Chart on GBP/USD tell us?

It's pretty clear that Higher High at 1.2785 was tested on Thursday and price bounced off of that High. However, this doesn't mean that price is going up, we still have to see confirmation candle that Buy will continue.

Main Support lies at 1.2785 and if it doesn't hold, uptrend on Daily Chart is officially over and price will visit another Higher High that was made before it at 1.2630.
