When fundamental bias become irrational untill we clearly understood what is happening, either we are already on the move, or we will be stopped out repetively.
Either way, these move are extended move.

CME fedwatch indicates one more and last hike for this year, JULY Fomc.
While the market chances are distribute in such a way that they are open to future hike and no cut this year ATM.
So far all CB has been data driven and focus on cpi core or headline.
But with avg earning starts to climb, they can shift their focus to avg earning. Because if let this unattended, it will nullified all the rate hike so far. Therefore, more aggressive rate will be needed in the future.

As for july fomc, i'm ready to short usd, fully priced in or no hike both cases usd might fall. But conference will be more important than the rate itself.

Any idea what will be the topic of the july FOMC conference?
More time in the market, does not mean you trade better!

Yesterday it was 0/6 day. Horrible day.
These days come once in a while just as great days.

What this told me however is that we are definitely in a Range which in my opinion will continue until Fed.
So, I won't risk too much this week.
