If you want to appreciate the full situation, you cannot come at it from a consumer understanding and way of thinking and processing situations. Otherwise you literally become the prey. "The other side" of it all have different ways of seeing things and process situations according to very different goals. For eg., they make plans in 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 year blocks. If you doubt this go look at how a city is "developed and built" as a prime example in reality.

Just because 'you' wouldn't do 'this or 'that' to the general public' has nothing at all to do with what 'others' may or will or can do. If you want to understand such things, you need to stop playing catch up, you need to get out in front of it and propose feasible 'abnormal' ideas and fashions of outcomes. A lot like real trading really. Most people assume that "normal lines of process" are to be used in times when plans are made and must be done .... no whatever what. Step one of "trading financial markets"....

"Past performance does not guarantee future results". AKA - You don't control the situation or outcome so you have no choice than to look to the future-present connection because your past performers are not taking into consideration TIME. Not hours or days etc, but action and response. Intervention and Choice. Etc etc.

Every push or reversal of time on price requires this future-present connection. If you the trader do not apply this then you ARE guessing because you are not prepared. Past stats and prob's are devoid of use when you do not understand TIME. It is merely the basis of assumption whereby 'normal market conditions are always present". This is an impossibility. Never has existed and will never. Have doubts? Look through real history and watch business and finance. Normal is not a word to describe activity.

Sorry for being blunt but you modern people really don't understand these markets hah. "Price is king!" garbage.

If you do not plan ahead you are speculating. Just because there does exist a status quo has nothing to do with its truthfulness and accuracy.

GBP/USD

16 Pips Range.

I'll open Short as soon as I get Home.

My prediction is seeing Pat Chiko posting profits later for GBP/USD and the system agrees with his system (he was Short). We will have short-term Short, however higher TF's suggest move up will either continue or price will Range. We'll talk about that after retracement comes.

watching limit 3078 breaks for short as may correct more , next support at 3052 while limit down 2999.
resistance above goes to 3100 and 3130. long only breaks previous top and may limited to next resistance arounds 3180/90 . anyway eurusd daily doji present last , indecision , usdx also at a weak support and so may correct some if not more before resume bull again . anyway 3052/43 may a perfect level to bounceback for gu. take care

There is no major move in market from the morning
In these types of days it feels like unproductive days

Sometimes I ask myself am I doing the right thing
People say hustle hustle hustle
But If you hustle with market
You will get your ass back in your hand

I think trading is not about hustling it's more about waiting
Here you get paid for doing nothing
That's the hard part

Our mind forces us by saying you are doing nothing go hustle
But wait a minute..
Where does this mentality comes from?
Ans- Your upbringing
what?
Means that you were programmed to work hard
how?
by continously saying that you need to do hardwork to get marks in school
fuck it I don't want marks in school

I have to escape this mentality a become a sniper one shot one time one headshot
What are your thoughts on this?

If you have to make money today and you expect the price to Range because your system indicates this or you have other indication that this is to be true, then trade with higher lot and grab 10, 15 or 20 pips and get out of the trade. Sell tops, Buy bottoms. Risk/Reward 1:2 in Ranges is good enough. If you miss twice, then your system wasn't correct or your evaluation.

The harder you work the less you're payed in today's world. This is usually the case. Pay goes up not by how hard you're working, but by how important you are to the firm you're working in. Normal workers aren't worth shit in the firm's eyes, so you're payed what you're payed. Enough so you don't quit, not enough to live your life.

Once you understand we are all slaves, easier it will become. You (most of us) are a sheep (slave), it's just that you don't wear chains and you can't see that far to see the fence around you.

This is why we trade! You are your own boss. All of us are intelligent enough to make money trading. So, we should do it. You can always find another job, they'll happily hire you.

We were all programmed to be used as obeying slaves. However, people wake up eventually and realize that time is what is most important and that we can literally do whatever we want with our lives. It just takes a little courage. Fortune favours the bold, nothing favours the timid.

Yes we have certainly been conditioned to be worker ants and consumers, not to manage money for longer time.
Well my best trades are the most effortless, watch out for those who say in trading u have to know everything, thats basically a recipe for distractions and inaction. Time and price. Quality or quantity.
