able breaks 2833 , so better up 2842 , if gap filling actually there before signal down , now earliest 2832/30

Japan's MOF and BOJ are likely relieved given the Dollar's post-NFPs drop with USDJPY dropping -1.3% .
That tentatively breaks the rising channel and pulls significantly away from last years 145 intervention level

Former Japanese Vice Finance Minister Eisuke Sakakibara comments on USD/JPY reported via Bloomberg (gated):
“It may go beyond 160, maybe next year,”
At levels around 160 per dollar, authorities “may be tempted to intervene to strengthen the yen.”

About BOJ on how they would intervene in the currency:
Intervention without warning is probably the most effective strategy
“If I were in this position, at this time I would do it as a surprise.”
“I will keep calm for a while and will intervene without waiting for the market. It will be more effective.”

Well, the Bank of Japan is not going pre-announce intervention, there is always an element of surprise as to timing.

No big deal, the gu structure favour the upside atm.
These wall street guys, even if s/he is your friend, s/he might say this sh*t only to get out of his losing trades so he can save his/her job.
Better watch out!
