Price is hovering at the top right now. With a H4 liquidity likely taken.
Wonder if it'll continue upwards or break it down, I'm looking for a sell because of fvg in H4 charts in the lower area.

start of any 4hr candle.

9 am est 4hr candle and 9 pm est 4 hr candles are important.

Look at the momentum of and 5 min candle when 4hr starts. + Use pivots to identify support/resistance

Lets assume that move up and down was manipulation the last push down should be an impulse , usually an impulse is followed by another in the opposite direction, there is a dip on H1 which confirms the last swing down as an impulse.

So personally i will wait for H1 to start trending up before making a move for the longs side. Bar trend H1 but swing trend M15

This time we could see a push to the intended target in the 2840s maybe higher because i think the Institutions will try another manipulation move with a break out to the topside but the intended direction will be short
