GBP has been hitting resistance at 1.2730 - 40 but looks strong, the past 2 days, it didn't reverse as much as the euro did for all the news. I think it will break little higher. Check all time frames around 1.2735 it is like a wall.

Market pricing in 6.50% of IR as a target for BOE. Holy shit that is high. Just based on this GBP/USD should be reaching 1.30 in a few days.

Quite possibly this is the most important news for GBP/USD in a short term now.

Quite frankly, fundamentally, there is nothing going on at the moment that would push the GBP/USD down. For price to go down either shocking US news have to happen or some major event.

Direction is up.

Weekly view is 1.3 for next week or at least by the end of month.
However, there are some unfinished business at the bottom area it seems.
Maybe the news will be the triggers for the drop.

Taking off another partials (50%) at current price point 1.274 - 1.275.
Leaving rest to positive BE and 1.276 ~ 1.277 as target.

..nice spurt up and upside follow thru on 3rd b/o of Asian hi and last 1hr bullish thrust close...breaking upside of prev minor dly/4hr/1hr sw hi zone to last wk's hi now.
