previous 4hr candle closed below the 3 touch trendline, was then retested, i then shorted at this point for 20 pip scalp on 1 min chart, always check the 4rh candle before London, just my view

Yeah, usually European news are not so significiant.

But i'm thinking they have some criteria for technical recession, and Manufacturing/PMI might be a part of those criteria.

This is a very good observation. Though GBP only carries 11% weight on dollar index. Looking at the daily open, price just went down without buying up to 5 pips, 80% of the times this occurs, price eventually returns to the opening price and breaks it by at least 15 pips.

Today's expected range is between 75 - 120 pips and so far we have 53 pips which means additional 22 - 62 pips is expected to break either 1.2749 or 1.2694...

There is 70% chance price will touch 1.2770 today as far as price doesn't drop below 1.2680.

...immediate knee-jerk spike down on the Uk data, finding demand @ top of the prev 30min sw hi zone shown earlier, = prev res = pot rbs.
