The algo appears when there is a Liquidity to grab and which is often perceived as trend following for retail trader or a zone the price has been trending horizontally .. It is just imaginary..

...1st upside break of the Asian hi turned out to be false, now move down has breached the Asian lo to the downside.... Price now challenging prev 1hr/minor 4hr sw lo zone down to y/day's lo = prev supp = pot supp, after downside follow thru on that last 1hr bearish thrust master engulfing close.
