Today Arabs dont want to get into trades or these petty things.
Almost everyday, they finance $1/2 bn-8bn project, either real estate, tourism, entertainment..
They invest big money to win bigger money.

Like you said, Russian is a bit difficult to do business with them.
Personally i prefer India. Very easy and the best part everything you buy there are quoted in Indian rupee, unlike China, quote its product in USD
