Disliked{quote} eyefeelsix, if I judged by my own maturity that would be the correct number. It's now b/c he has tremendous knowledge and great skills to convey his message but b/c he doesn't say stupid things as, I think it will go higher/lower, or tomorrow's daily bar will be green/red. His posts are supported with sound reasons.

Disliked{quote} Lol. GU becoimg weak pair to trade coz it is in ranging {quote} The recent high-impact news event did not provide a high-impact trade or the adrenaline rush that I was hoping for. The GBP/USD (GU) pair only saw a shallow spike of 40 pips up and down, which is not very significant for a major news event. Couldn't get into the opposite direction as price was in slow pace. There are a few possible reasons for this. First, the market may have already priced in the news event, so there was no big surprise to drive prices. Second, the news event...Ignored

Disliked{quote} SP500 SP500 has been ripping. Curious if a 25 bps rate hike but also a confirmation from Powell of no further increases would result in a green or red day. Loss few thousand trying to short S&P (posted in other thread). Got my hand burnt. The S&P 500 has been defying all laws of nature and physics. It has found the meaning of anti-gravity and no longer recognizes resistance zones. The irony is that the S&P 500 is up 13% year-to-date (YTD), but only 7 stocks are responsible for 93% of this gain. The rest of the market is only up 1.4%....

Disliked{quote} Thanks Coreg. I was looking at the GBP/USD (GU) market from a different perspective. I think there is a possibility of another overbought (OB) signal on the H4 timeframe before the FOMC meeting.{image} I agree with your assumption about the Average True Range (ATR). However, it is important to remember that price can sometimes stall upon reaching the maximum ATR. The key to understanding this is to look at the market structure and liquidity zones. Additional thoughts on the GU market: The current trend is bullish. The market is currently...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Why is 1.2600 so important for Bulls?. Well it is simply because we are above our weekly candle open or close and bulls will want to close the week above 1.26000. Bears have had ample chance to bring price below 1.2250 for this quarter and they simply could not manage it. We have just over half a month to go to end the 2nd quarter and 1.2750 looks a good prospect and 1.30000 certainly a juicy target. My weekly time frame is bullish. Trade safe {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Well let me put my money where my mouth is. Since 1.26000 is so important I have to live up to it, Buy trade at just above 1.26000 Cheers, {image}Ignored
