Not quite, they are still using dollars to pay dollar debt. No devaluation. The US solution to their debt has been the same since WW2, if they want to reduce their debt they have to raise taxes. Instead they choose to work with other governments and devalue all currency on the planet!

More data tomorrow, if FOMC pauses rate hikes we could see a big spike to 127. Last high if I’m not mistaken is 12680? 12480 looks very far away as 2 sets of decent data for GBP won’t allow it. At least not today unless Fed hint another rise

With all the chatter about shorting this level, I believe there is a good chance of a move up to grab some of the liquidity that rests above 1.26. The next most plausible option is to simply range at this level!

new high and biggest red news over 1hr , so may engage again , another news after near half hour may affect though ! safer after 1 hour ! give her maximum chance to bounce but already early signal at hand 2581 , may wait for early confirmation at 2568/ nd 2550.
usdx may tarmoil / bottoming effects with next news very possible. not any necessary though to restart bounce!!

The way I'm seeing it currently, is that traders use the CPI to gauge Central Bank actions; considering we have the FED tomorrow - I believe most will simply wait for their announcement rather than pricing in estimations - CPI doesn't always precede the FED so quickly.

So maybe GU will just float around awhile - I may even take the day off
