NY session has a range of 60 or more pips...

Can it drop below 2350 ?

Of course it does: Look at H4 and seee why. And then recheck your level for H1/H4 turning bullish--it is 1.2460.

Yesterday NY is bullish close.

By all means, the price needs to hit r1 /r2 ...

However, anything can happen...that is why there is stop loss facility.

By this theory above, if Price goes below 2390... it is Bearish daily candle..confirmed.
But..let us wait.. let the price hit 2390.
