For tuesday, the price can get close to 2480 This can happen after price tests close to today current low.

Tuesday range 2365 /70 to 2480 as it stands now.

I will not be doing short ( stupid trade ) for me today...but will have a look in asia ( tokyo ) open to short few.

What i noticed is Monday is most likely to be either a range day or 'swing to Z' day (like today, dip below daily low then recovery to daily open)
Tuesday most likely to be classic buy or classic sell day (fakeout to trap traders then complete ADR opposite direction)
This is if there is no major news events

I do think its really important to try and map out what kind of day it will be in advance given all the info you have in front of you but its not just as simple as the day of the week, depends on HVNs, dollar situation, everything. This is only if you're an intraday/scalper trader. I do not think the outcome of the news has anything to do with the recovery in the afternoon.

I don't have any stats this is just impressions from 3.5ish years full time trading and is not any kind of gospel truth. Everyone will have their own impressions which make up their edge.

Correlations come and go. Everything is programmable and the liquidity providers dont like to lose money.
Imagine a train of lemmings coming in on monday buying liquidity from the banks only to sell it off at a higher price later in the day cause of a correlation. The banks got ways and professionals to off-set this risk.
If all were true what is read in trading books and from gurus, we all would be robbing the bank every day every week every year.

i have never seen the most difficult level to trade than half point its even difficult when half point is same as quarter point

meaning half point of 1000pips range
quarter point of 10000 pips range

I should be content with certain % profit.... it can be 0.5 % to 1.5 % to 2 % ....

Today, I made 2 %.

The floating loss was close to 1 .2 % which is within limits.

On some days.. i have witnessed 2 % profit and when we do not know when or where the price will reverse or retrace.. we give up profits earned.

lol

Greediness and overcofidence are enemy to my trading.
