I feel like killing myself I did not fish as I said......
USD/CAD killing me
AUD/JPY save my ass
Did not fish EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY
USD/CAD is not going long as I expected but I believe it should up as it has fall too low so i am holding
EUR/USD, USD/CHF and GBP/USD is not moving fast enough......

I am holding all postions and wait till next week.... Good nite.

stevetan: USDCAD breaching 0900, get out of you long. This is ultra bottomish.

Check the USDCAD "reversal" thread where I access this pair.

USDCAD below 0900 is a bandwagon to hell. I will start considering profits at 0300 only, months from now.

markets can be bloody cruel!

Reason for this rise in cable is due to the Yen - we have had a large sell off earlier in GBP/JPY and EUR/JPY due to China announcing rate increase. Look at the charts and very quickly they have retraced their moves which has helped cable go up. I lost alot or profits very quickly

The clue was the DOW and S&P rocketing upwards when in theory should have dropped.

Question now is will GBP/JPY and EUR/JPY drop again?

i could have taken the upside breakout per my system, but this would not have been inline with the short term trend, I believe the china announcement has just had a very big impact on price, luckily because of my discipline i was able to avoid losing money and im still up 20 pips for the day, the question now is.. is this fundamental trigger enough to keep the trend moving up on cable, or will it stall time will tell..

Fear for Risk associated with China didn't hit the stock market. That made the carries selloff a reason to buy again.
