You observe, price never moves in a straight line, so on every impulse wave you will have corrective waves, you measure the force, you observe and assess if your analysis is still valid
Sometimes we do chicken out and pull out, but we have to be constantly perform objective market analysis.
What happens if we were wrong?
Do we just put a stop loss and bite the bullet?
or do we average down close to market to get out b/e at a corrective wave?
Do we hold for price to come back?
It will all depend on what is going on in the market.
Now some selling pressure is evident. (on Dollar index, oppossite on GU)
Looking at other time frames or reference points in your chart, you notice that price is no longer going up. and what goes up MUST come down,
the problem is :
How far?
When will it resume going up?
What if it continues further up before it comes down?
Pull back. How far is a pull back?
I dont know!
I like to see an extreme on next S&R zone; but as long as the price is somewhere near or on one of the S&R, then that's sufficient.
All traders have their own "specific rules" but they also have something in common, that is, the attempt to get into a trade, during a pull back, in order to catch the immediate resumption of the impulse wave or trend.
Therefore I think the pull back will test this S&R and/or trendline and then resume upward movement which should be the length of the flag.
On the test, and move back up, I will load the boat!!!

Where to and how far of pullback for Liqiudity ? Is this going to be minor pull back or reversal.
(Let me hear you view.... I want to learn something new today)
We're basically looking to identify a level where we can enter the market at an extreme pull-back point following a momentum push.
We'll identify these extreme pull-backs on the H4/H1 chart which gives us a better chance to avoid getting stopped on a retracement AND which also gives us an excellent potential R Factor for our trades.
These are basically momentum retracement trades.
