AI start to learn making fake news

This morning, an AI generated image of an explosion at the US Pentagon surfaced.
With multiple news sources reporting it as real, the S&P 500 fell 30 points in minutes.
This account, which tweeted a (very likely AI-generated) photo of a (fake) story about an explosion at the Pentagon, looks at first glance like a legit Bloomberg news feed.

This resulted in a $500 billion market cap swing on a fake image.
It then rebounded once the image was confirmed fake.
AI is becoming dangerous.

Or this may not due to an AI picture; maybe some large institution had to make a move and this was the cover up story.
It’s been non stop since at least 2021 when I started paying more attention to the "NEWS"

Not sure that this swing related with this news, it's just simple NY stock market open(it's open after NY open), usual reaction and news was pulished after, personally I've no seen any market reaction to this
