would someone please explain what’s going on here I made a trade that went for 10pips prophet but it wasn’t added to my balance 29.12 is my initial amount before the trade. I emailed the broker and I couldn’t figure out WTH he was talking about. Take a look guys.

Clearly says .63cent prophet but did not change my balance. Here is this long explanation in the email they sent me make it make sense.

Probably that person did not understand the situation.

Check at your daily transactions. Probably it is added to your account as it is done automatically.
