The only thing that I see wrong here is that waves 2 and 4 are countertrend waves. Meaning they have to step OUTSIDE of the prevailing trend. I took the liberty of drawing a rudimental trendline to show you what I mean. Also wave B is often starts at the 80 to 90 % retracement off of wave 5.

Dear Pat,
Regarding this post, it's seems to be a diamond diametric correction wave, which could be break out after completing the last leg. This is a correction for post covid rally, but to break out, USD should go down. Please kindly clarify if I am right. Thanks.

On the calendar most EU banks have a holiday tomorrow - what is it?

Also G7 meeting from Friday-Sunday. Any thoughts about how that would influence DXY or other currencies?

OBsayMkMoney, wicks tell me the traders taking the profit and/or entering the C-T trade. I go with the shallow and extended end of waves. Want to see the price inside the channel before I enter the trade. I don't have to be first. Too many times I was sitting on the DD.

GU longs closed in profit. Still waiting on proper signal for short on GU but its not there yet.

USD gaining more power . Ive been short on EU since last week and it seems like it will go further south. Longed UJ last night and up she goes most likely to monthly R1. Same set up no matter what the asset. All in the direction of value.
