Wrong implementation is dangerous

Those other setups are not meant to be followed, take them as insights to add knowledge and deficiencies to your own strategy

My suggest is: skip any post that doesn't make any reasons, it will make you better.

Reading recommendations with explanations is a great way to learn. Following a recommendation without understanding the trade or having any experience with the person making the recommendation is very dangerous!
