As per the feeling, stopped out, no more US rate hike, BOE 25bps hike tomorrow, ig that is already priced in.

With the Congressional deadlock right now and the risk of recession, the chances of a US rate increase are virtually 0.

It's about the other side of the equation and you pointed out a rate increase essentially to match the US that is probably already priced in. The trick is guessing how the market will react.

yup that’s the million $ question.. however the reaction could be more from the detail of the rise and votes for rise/decrease

Based on the fact this is a 4H continuation expect a pretty good pay out but look for signs of weakness, no one really knows where the top will be , i can guess or use some indicators but that is about it.

The next fomc outcome was depend on this cpi data. But no more US hike, which puts pressure on the US dollar.

Came Back just in time 4 the news.

Of course not all the time. Some news release don't even make a wiggle in the price, let alone spiking.

I don't think that there is any correlation between the the magnitude of the spike and deviation from consensus.
