I won't be surprised at all to see price go break the high of the day. I am keenly watching to see, not the price, but the session flows for today. That will determine what I do tomorrow.

too early for excitements. Worldwide target could be missed sometimes lets just wait for the play to unfold. Sellers could dominate if 1262 resistance is kept alive

GBPUSD is so erratic that trying to find a logical method to produce accurate forecasts is not fruitful. But if you like to use fib retracements, the H4 swing High down to the prior swing low is the same on H8, so you can use that swing.

I say that GBPUSD does indeed have a clear direction, at least for day trading: DOWN, per H8. Perhaps what makes the direction unclear to many is the fact that EVERY TF below H8 is making retracements and continuations inside of H8. And when any larger TF, say H1, makes its retracement swing, then EVERY TF smaller than that is making retracements and continuations inside of that H1 retracement.

And to further muddy the waters, there is not a simple movement of the retracements upward through the TFs, but instead, ANY TF can FAIL on its attempt to make a retracement, with EVERY TF below H8 once again running down. When a failure occurs, then the retracement sequence has to restart from M1.

Today, after M1 went into an uptrend, M5 failed to go along and price returned down to the lows. This happened more than once.
