I'm still waiting for the price to turn down. D1 chart shows else, but every other (including news) "indicator" and timeframe shows downward movement.

Can anyone confirm a gap on the 15min and 30 min chart for cable just after PPI data release?

1 pip gap? I can't confirm by the way (NorthFinance), mine is just fine. 1.9770 is my target for today or early tomorrow (european time!!)

1pip is not a gap, so I wouldn't be concerned about that.

In reference to someone stating that GBP will be down until June, well I completely disagree. The low will form in the next couple of days, then there will be a steady rise into a new top last week of May/first week of June. I had mentioned back on the 16th of April that the top was forming, and I was looking for 500pips down. Well now, I see it at about 19680/700, which would be about 450pips.
Enjoy that ride that will come.

Will cable drop through 1.9790 or not? There seems to be resistance, but they are pushing it down as well. We'll see what happens....

I hope it will drop because I'm short at the moment. Want to take profit at 1,9785 and 1,9776.

lets see what CPI numbers tomorow brings, and then think of 450p drops , forecast actually shows some drop in CPI, but it might be a surprise

May be some more patience is asked.

On Tuesday most of the news are negative for the GBP and positive for the USD, whih may lead to short cable, I guess cable won't reach more than 1.9825 on Tuesday
