Remember just because news is green doesn't mean it's all good. These things have an effect on rate hikes etc so think about what the big money is doing longer term

I'm not going to be assuming anything as we have seen this before , good data can mean inflation is under control which goes against the dollar as they won't put in rate hikes , and I crease interest rates etc. I am no expert on these things on the longer term but when I try to follow the news in the past it can go against me.

It's not just about the US data it's the relationship it has with the pound and how strong the pound is too
We could rise before a dump or retrace and in higher, news doesn't always mean a direction

That's true, but I'm still holding my shorts and waiting for the market to settle down before I confirm any direction.

totally agree a couple of weeks ago prime example was good for GBP and yet it dumped by nearly circa 170 pips. Form recent patterns though I have noticed US data even if it’s amber holding more weight than UK red data.

first of all I respect you and your style of trading but... You cant simply say that people who have not post trade Explorer but just simply giving signals are worst traders that you. In full respect for example I not feel good with showing with all people my stats, from time to time I do it, like yesterday my withdrawals, but thats make me worst trader? I dont think so, you can just patiently read all my signals and give feedback that was good or bad calls, sometimes when you waiting for your levels l made 10× more trades that you with profit, but thats me, I love scalping, but point is, with or without TE you just can share signals and you dont must show how much profit you make, cheers!
