Most probably. LL (lower lows) outside London hours mainly occur in falling markets. (on H1 chart, look back approx 24, 48, 72h and 96 and see what you find).

This long streak of SL forced me to think, and I realized the ultimate holy grail was right under my nose all along...
From the beginning it was never about predicting direction, it is more to go Long or Short depending on which key level the price hits.
But still, the key level itself also representing some kind of directional bias, in the end you are taking a side. Not to mention the stress and doubt involved if wronged.

And now, if I were to implement the holy grail starting tomorrow, I no longer need to care about direction, and able to consistently milk the market a little everyday with sound risk management. Kind of like slow and steady wins the race, no longer worry about whether the month will be negative or not.

Looking forward to share my result after a month of using it.
It is also thanks to some of the ideas shared by some kind individuals here unlocked my potential.
