There is two perspective on this ,

First you should consider the fundamental news announced or expected to be announced, how will they affect the current trend?

So if the DT is uptrend and 4hr is as well a bullish move for me i preferably trade on the direction of these two so even if 30 min or 15 or 5 or 1 are against higher time frame trend what usually happens is one counter trend is just a correction of the higher moves , you can use Fibo tool to know the specific area where the highest possibility of these counter trend to reverse lies upon.

Of course I'll insist you to consider fundamental analysis for better understanding of the market direction.
