US data looking very grim overall yet we’re not getting over 12420.

this could be due to end of quarter end of week end of month. could be the UK is not that strong either. I also think that we have seen the lows of the day. Can’t see a drop below 12350 today.

Your absolutely wrong. Up until the last 20 years kids/teenagers could ride around in vehicles with a shotgun, rifle in certain locations, clearly displayed in the back window to a high school and there were not any crazy shootings like we have today.
You are correct that kids who have not been disciplined do behave like animals, they do not fear any repercussions because of the lax punishments by those in authority. It is human nature to think that placing safety concerns and regulations on a activity will prevent intentional violence and criminal activity but that is incorrect. The actual statistics prove the areas where stricter gun laws have been enforced have a higher rate of gun violence, the reason being, shooters are opportunists following their common sense; go after the weak and undefended or weaponless.
It is common sense to go after targets of opportunity where the odds are in your favor of success, notice the"crazies" are not hitting hospitals or police stations? Maybe they are not as crazy as you would suspect.
