I know most don’t care for what I have to say but dollar is really challenged here , we have a potential US recession, we have massive super power countries like Russia and China ditching the dollar, we would expect inflation to finally start coming down but that is not for certain. These are just some of the reasons for the dollar weakness. I say this is just getting started and eurusd is full on bull mode. Let’s see what unfolds though.

Apparently was profit taking day.

What on Earth are you talking about the Dollar is massively strong against the pound. The pound was at 2.1 remember, now it is at 1.2.

Sometimes I wonder about some of the comments made here where every blip on the chart is a doom and gloom signal.

why the low broke ?

2297 was the support in the NY session.

The price held 2302 with just 58 pips daily range.

Now ( surprisingly ) the price broke in Asian session.

It has every reason to test s1 before LO./Frankfurt open

Daily chart on DXY from a technical perspective if the dollar is able to break through 101.5 I think we have more room to run to the down side, if there's more dollar weakness going into the next couple of months that could lean towards some bullish assets like gold continuing its upper move... GU also remains on the upside as rise from 1.1801 is in progress for 1.2445/6 resistance zone. Firm break there will resume larger rally from 1.0351, and target 1.2759 fibonacci level. For now, near term outlook will remain bullish as long as 1.2177 support holds, even in case of another retreat


Closed all my shorts, i think I'm with the bulls now

Still not broken 12280 and we are cruising above 123 maybe another test of highs before dropping
