There's no need for sarcasm, but yes, Cable heading downward after this session's post-FOMC bullish rally is definitely possible. It's rarely "manipulation", friend. There's rhyme and reason to price movement: fundamental, technical, and sentiment(al).

No rate cut this year...
I get the .25 was expected but the no hike and cut talk was gaining steam since banking trouble started.
I'm short here at 1.2325 will add if needed

Wow Powell's statements on no rate hikes for 2023 halted a lot of that bullish energy. The 25bps hike, with possibility of a rate hike pause, sent dovish signals. But Powell reaffirming the Fed's inflation target is a fairly strong hawkish signal. Lots of the tension/anxiety around the banking issue was also eased by Powell's assurance that tightening credit policies (rather than fed rate cuts) could be used to ease pressure on banks.

Fascinating wordplay here. Learning some tough lessons today

Can't believe I've jumped on the rocket spike right when it's going to shoot
Today is an interesting experience, I left my bad hedge orders few hours ago.
When I was back trying to do some repair work, the spike comes to completely fix all loss
long @1.22456 (time 20:58) close tp +0.33% in 2 minutes.
I'm too lucky hehe!!

Was going to swing this trade as I had targets of 1.26 for the longer term but PA is getting ugly and looks like it wants to drop so I took my bag and ran. No more trades til tomorrow unless I can get some clearer bullish moves. Volume is about to fizzle out so I doubt it.
