we got new support cca 1.2244
if we stay above this S, we can go higher and 1.2260 can be overcome

Typically Inflation occurs because of 2 reasons:

#1 Constant Aggregate Demand & Lesser Aggregate Supply

Or

#2 Higher Aggregate Demand & Constant Aggregate Supply.

Both cases push price Upward

Given that no human can alter the resources available, since it is a creation of God,
When one of these 2 imbalances occurred, it is much easier to tame Demand than to increase Supply (limited resources).

Hope it bring you one step forward on understanding how fundamentals worked.


EDIT:
Aggregate Demand = Consumption (Households Spending) + Investment + Government Spending + Net Export (Total Export - Total Import)
