Have seen in the past....

London move will be retraced in NY.

NY move will be retraced either in asia or Frankfurt or London.

In any case.... as i posted early in asia... my bias is short unless i see otherwise.

My daily chart and hourly chart posted.

Both in same short direction.

Having said, I do counter trend trade too .

I'm constantly finding ways to improve my strategy,
this time I added the 32, 64 MACD indicator,
it helps me avoid taking losing trades that wouldn't lose much but it's always better to avoid

The US housing market has become frozen due to high mortgage rates, which are deterring would-be buyers and creating a lock-in effect, where homeowners are clinging to their sub-3% fixed-rate mortgages. Existing home sales are languishing at a fraction of 2019 levels, and the inventory of homes on the market has been sitting for longer, but high mortgage rates have made homeowners unwilling to sell. The new homes market is healthier, with homebuilders cutting prices and offering lower mortgage rates to get people in houses, and more supply is coming online thanks to the pandemic building boom. Falling interest rates or a decline in prices would help unfreeze the US housing market

Actually, there is nothing "not normal" about EURUSD and GBPUSD diverging in direction. It is easier to see what is going on if you include EURGBP.
When all three are traveling up, the currency strengths are EUR>GBP>USD.
When EURUSD and GBPUSD are traveling up but EURGBP is traveling down, the ranking is GBP>EUR>USD.
Similarly, when EURUSD and EURGBP are traveling up and GBPUSD is traveling down, the ranking is EUR>USD>GBP.

You also have to keep in mind that each currency that is being traded at any given instance on the Foreign Exchange is impacting the value of EVERY currency being traded at that instant. Because the USD and EUR have the largest volume of transactions, they tend to have a greater effect than any of the other currencies. And every pair that includes either EUR or USD has more impact than any pair that does not include them. In fact, impact of the non-USD non-EUR pairs can essentially be ignored.

Accordinng to that single image, the MACD did not provide any subsantially new information than what your purple/green lines already provide.
