trying best and in strong hand at last , at least trying to do ! not any signal till breaks and hold 1.1840 and even do may correct enough till 1.2028 breaks down but at the same in both care price may breaks and back/ fake out anytime to bull again and even if down further 0922 by chance also bullish . as all afterall yealy pin bar candle in place now , not necessarily always work but chances more presently. anyway next week may decide 1940 breaks or no before further bull . so may range easily at the top still and even breaks still may bull , lates see what happen and top failure or correction it mat do from next week at an earliest !! critical and unrest , unexpected very likely happen but we may predict the rand so play may be comfortable without marrying any side !! smaller range can be 1886 -2026 while bigger on 1842 -2058 +-.take care

usdx very confident get the bull target next week and little more even but still not any easy for any sustainable bull this year , or my next even !

No idea. Of course, you can check it yourself.

Of course it is possible to find such a relationship. You can make a follow up post when you have it completed. However, I suspect there is not much of interest to be found using a big ADR like 260. If you are looking for a small target, such as 5-10 pips, then I think you would want to be looking at very small ATR values on whichever TF you are using.

First let me say a big thanks to you sir for taking out time to answer my questions.
Regarding the bolded, I am of the opinion that a higher sample population will give a more precise and stable value.
Secondly, I do not target little pips like 10 or 20. For any pair that I trade, I aim at making at least 70% of the instrument's average daily range. Sometimes I make slightly less than 70% but that is the baseline with which I measure my performance.
Where I come from, 70% is the lower limit for an A. So I always use this as the metric for my performance in things that I do.

I am buying USDCAD!
Why?
As a Canadian , I see it myself but we are indeed in a recession. The US, the exact opposite. At least for now the US economy is not only resilient during geopolitical turmoil but actually performing very strong so far in 2023. Judging from the price action, we are at a very critical level for this pair.
Looking at sentiment, shorts abnormally high on the retail side, I’m seeing a 90% short ratio at very critical level. Which means this will very likely squeeze high this coming week.
this is a nice opportunity for this pair and my focus !

Hmm, it almost seems like someone asked him to speak about trends/Supply/Demand so he started that thread so he could get ideas for his presentation. Although he did miss that G/U has been in a sideways channel for 3 months, not 3 weeks.

In fact, it's very interesting that what I wrote on that thread on Feb 15 seems to have become the basis for his presentation:

"It's strange to declare "The Trend Following System is Dead" when we're in a large sideways channel where Supply/Demand has to be chewed through before a new trend can start. It's only been around 3 months. Sideways happens. Markets have been doing this since the beginning of time. Also interesting is the poster has not started an actual trading thread since 2013 when he disappeared off of FF only to pop up again in 2021 with threads that seem to only skirt the edges of trading, but no trading system or trading charts to show for his 7 years of absence.

Pardon me for being a tad sarcastic here, but I feel it is disingenuous for someone to take a dump on something that works consistently as a way to ride the big$'s coat tails one day and then give a presentation praising it ten or so days later. Something very off about that.
