Nothing man, the market ebbs and flows, you know this--you got stopped out on the bullish wave? Then you must have entered after the market had already travelled 20/30 pips, try either forecasting the level it will turn and buy when the market is falling, or buying the pullback. We may just be re-testing the m5 demand created.

There was an accumulation of buyers within h1 demand after london close yesterday (17:30 uk). market dropped to test this zone in LO and there was a surge of volume and absorption. Enter in the opposite way the market is going to get the best entry.

You care too much about any single trade. This is usually because of an overleveraged position or a trade that is not based on a solid system. Solution is to think how many trades are you going to make this year so in comparison this particular trade you have on is a drop in a bucket. Let it go at your predefined level or ride it to tp. Either way don't care about it. And chose your position size accordingly.

There was more movement than this on Monday when it was a public holiday in the US.

It'll suddenly move without giving an entry.

First, focus on the structure and formation of chart.
Understand, what type of trading week you're going to face.... Trending, ranging, corrective, ?... you know how it is...

Regards to your trading strategy.
Once you have established these, you can then determine where to place your N3.

It is crucial that your N3 is in context with the overall strategy.

Do not create your trading system as a standalone entity.
Instead, take a holistic approach to trading.

S& D must be justify with overall structure, it can't stand alone.

maybe, because I am doing a challange every winner and loser make a difference .

you saw order block and supply demand. what I saw was support and resistance , so i placed my TP at support but price tapped into your supply zone and rallied upwards missing my TP by mear 6pips.

I need to do more study on liquidity because thats what I believe is fucking me up.
