with Support been sighted at 1.19568/1.19228 and Resistance already established at 1.20716 better to wait for break out of Resistance Price to long or for it to get near support zone to buy. the Bears still in control for now until the resistance is breached.

After yesterdays FOMC minutes and the plan to not stop rate rises just yet am I right in thinking the GDP growth rate shouldn’t effect the pair too much today?

GDP is about post Covid19 economic recovery, not necessarily prices. A big number could cause the FED to believe that price increases are coming down the pipeline. The reality is, was and always will be how do the MM's want to move the market and when.
The 'bigger picture', is that a lot of people believe GU should come down in price. Grabbing liquidity from higher levels to drive it down more seems to make sense and loosely fits with what we are seeing.

I think that's not how you exploit the data. GDP growth rate are lagging, so you can only use it to judge whether they're expanding or contracting after the data release. If we see recent 3 quarters back, it seems like they're stagnating or maybe towards contracting.

But if we check composite PMI, there's indication that they're trying to recover, since it's a leading indicator. Proven by their correlation.
