Expected rates.

As per the Fed Watch Tool, the market no longer expects a rate freeze until July, and the first pivot to come in December rather than November

Good Info but I dont see the fed cutting rates at all this year ...just my view!!! Not sure if they will holding at all either ....Inflation is still too high!!

I would agree were it not for an incoming election...
The March call is where I had us going as well. I have been long into March based on this, giving the Market time to "recover" before the election.

Next important info is the PCE on Friday. In case I will have my positions closed hopefully before then . It could show signs of inflation easing but still the feds made it clear that the labour market is strong and we saw that ourselves with Jan’s report which absolutely threw my analysis off. Now things are much clearer for a eurusd down trend. So for now, I short every major resistance . The idea of even clicking the buy button makes me wanna puke! SELL

Some big banks have buy orders just below 1.0600 on. EU. I wonder if they are lying.

the banks LIE, I can not stress this enough when I say do your OWN research. It really applies here. They want you to sell USD because they need to enter the market somehow. If I wanted to buy something, let’s say I’m Hungry and I desperately wanted a burger, well I need someone to sell me a burger. I’m a buyer looking for a seller . So this same principle applies in a market, as the market is simply supply and demand.

Early morning here, 6 AM.

Last 2 hrs I traded in NY session.
+ LO + Asia.

I have no reason to be un happy with the result.

Bias ?

No bias...lots of short trades and long trades. Beautiful choppy day provided desired result.

Some open trades still all buy trades.

dont forget the fed have a 2 to 3 percent inflation rate....not even close yet and you are right they are worried about wage inflation and with a strong job market...showing no signs of slowing down.

Thats what they’re saying anyway. This is my own opinion, but I think 2% inflation is unreachable now. I think the new norm will be higher like 3% . Could be wrong but as always the feds are always changing their minds quickly so we must read every economic report that releases . Read it well and judge for yourself.
