Did you consider using TensorFlow as a starting point? On their website is code that is able to determine stock prices with a 50% accuracy level months in the future. I was thinking of finding a programmer who could tweak this to work with Forex in shorter timeframes. They have both a python and a C-compiled version of the code.

yes! Tensor is is fantastic tool and I just used an older version of it yesterday. You can for sure hire someone , but I highly insist you take the initiative and learn Python, you can take a quick crash course and learn in like 2 hours. It’s really not the hard to code. It just takes practice. If you are serious about using time series to predict forex, it wouldn’t be wise to have someone do it for you. Because eventually you have to update your code to manage the current market . The market ALWAYS changes. So does the data. I think using AI to predict prices is quite intriguing and does do it accurately to an extent. Worth taking the time to learn
