Can you direct me to where I would learn about the preprocessing you are describing? You appear to be describing a situation where you require a screening program to preprocess the data in order for it to be useful. That puzzles me.

in order to understand how to forecast predictions, you will need to have a basic understanding of the following :
-you need to know how to code, LEARN PYTHON
- learn the skills of a data scientists
- then finally learn machine language
In order to use AI to properly forecast forex predictions, you will need to use RNNs, which is recurrent neuron networks. This is a complex machine learning algorithm that if used properly, can actually predict future price results so long as you train your model with proper data. I will admit, I’ve been playing around with it for many months but it is very hard to orchestrate . I was able to produce some shocking results though .
