After losing 113 $ from 377 equity

My mindset has changed about the market now....
Just know the direction of market and have faith in your analysis...
I know UJ was going up and GBPUSD down, GBPCAD down... I saw this from the monthly time frame.. Yet the noise on the H1 was a big problem.. i was stopped out.

I posted this on Sunday night...my weekly Bias...
