It may be so on H1 but the H1 price action is part of the H4 larger degree swing which is trending down via the minor swings, therefore making the whole of the H1 up move corrective for now.

Maybe Japan is screwing everything. USD/JPY dropping.. GBP/USD rising. I saw in the past that if USD is falling against JPY, GBP will rise against USD. If this continues through the day with Yen, then GBP/USD will be the worst pair to trade. I doubt it though, and agree Pound should drop.

Weird correlation between the two..

Hi, Yeh it's funny isn't it, we allow our losers to run but chicken out of our winners (hope -versus fear respectively I think?) It's one of the hardest things to master psychologically, ie Cut the losers, let the winners run.

I am in a short, but the market seems to want otherwise. I think many people sold near the day's low so price might want to track up to take them out. But 2050 at least should be seen.

Happens to everybody. The market usually tries to go opposite of your common sense and when you chicken out it obeys common sense. Yeterday I wanted to buy but didn't because I was being too careful but it ran up 130 pips from where I wanted to buy. Thank God I made some money shorting it. It's psychological.
