Great fundamental understanding Snail. Just remember to keep an eye out on OIL.

OIL is the key - WHY?

Higher oil = higher inflation = more FED rate hikes.

China re-opening = more manufacturing = more oil consumption = higher prices.

From MY PERSONAL POV - Inflation is NOT under control and will continue to creep.
...because you never know - until you do!

This inflationary period is the result of the "Green New Deal" and "Build Back Better" policies. They basically shut down new oil production and overnight made the US energy dependent (oil) again. Among only the mildest of things these policies are creating.

No, bulls have not run out of steam. After a "big" TF moves in one direction, smaller TFs make retracements. So don't confuse the retracements with being a reversal of the big TF.

BTW there is a theory among the waves counters..
if we are looking for 3 wave pattern, lets say ABC move, and after C made the high above AB high and close again in the range of AB
price will drop below AB low
