One reason:
Lot size too big so you need to keep SL too tight.

Solution: Used half of your current Lot size and 2x SL in pip value, the Risk in dollar value will be the same to your initial exposure except now you will run a lower probability of being stopped out on almost every trade (assuming yk what you are doing= Meaning when to buy or to sell or to close), since market makers will need to go through more Liquidity on the market before they attend yours!

I was same like you a year ago, now everything run smoothly when i start doing this. Equity curve to the moon since then

Thanks. Reading where you are supposed to take the ADR and divide it by the number of periods to get a better Supertrend fit. My ADR shows a range of 1189 so I set the multiplier to 1.189 in both the 1 min and 5 min timeframes. The signal moves ahead in time a bit. Still rough on chop!

Bro, How about those "fund manager" on social media showing their 12x 100lot open on their account ($1.2m in one trade) and they are so "pro" that they dont trade in currency pairs because it gives too little opportunity, they trade indices like us30, Volatility 75, but when many people asked them to give something on how they manage their risks or trade, either they switch off their comment section or they blocked

G/M, bullish-bodied dly close y/day and an upside follow-thru so far today, Price has breached the steepest 4hr desc t/line and broken upside of the Asian session hi and encountered supply @ the top of the 4hr part of a prev 4hr/minor dly sw lo zone that started @ 2088 and on dly extends to circa 2129.

GBP/JPY 15M Chart

Went Short at 158.126
SL 25 pips

15M candle broke the S it seems.

Reasoning behind not waiting for confirmation:

H4 Chart suggests Short as does Daily.
I was just waiting for some lower TF to break some S and it did on 15M.

Trade: Risky, we still don't have lower TF's confirming Short.
