USDX has moved below its low for the day. GU hasn't moved above its high for the day.

...plenty of potential (pot) res overhead current price, That 2448 hi last week (a probable stop hunt above last Dec's 2445 dly+ uptrend hi) was @ the 61.8% of 3749-0327 move in a prev 4hr sw lo zone from mid 2022 = prev supp = pot sbr. Asian session/current dly hi @ 2405.

1.24000 first Short order, another one being at 1.24150. EURUSD short from 1.09 when it gets there.

Until USDX can set a direction and get out of this range, I don't see a lot of hope for GU. I'll be in the long grass for a bit longer, but I have nothing to trade at the moment

Can i ask? hourly closing wasn't 1,2389 but you still short? any specific reason?

Good question. H4 is slightly more accurate and suggests that price closing below 1.24 is still Short. H4 R1 1.24 and R2 1.2415.
I can't know for sure what's going to happen that's why SL should be at 1.2425 or somewhere around that price.

While Hourly didn't close below 1.23890, I'll take those 3 pips aside and put my trust in H4 which is more accurate. They still both suggest Short including Hourly.

Since I'm using MA's, Range could be messing up my trades but that's the thing I am aware of.

By the way, short activated at 1.24004. Manual SL and TP, for now.

I either have the position which should be 4:1 or I don't and I'll lose that 1.

Again, I am betting less than usual because I am aware that today is Monday and outside of some news that came out, there is nothing major going on and Fed is on Wednesday which usually means Range until Fed.

I took EURUSD Long but I didn’t find the time to share. Now I’m waiting for price to go above the second LQ pool. I discovered that below those areas where price are consolidating are areas where stop loss should be placed.
The pool is the blue zone and below it is where we placed our stop loss.

...price @ current pullback hi has just sneaked into the bottom of 4hr part of prev 1hr/minor 4hr sw hi zone that leads to current dly hi/asian hi which is 2405.

Exactly at 1.09 there is a R. If H4 can close above it you're doing good.
S 1.088.. not much room..

R2 1.09200

R3 (Weekly) 1.09775 after which Bulls should be flying.

We went long inside the H4 pool because we found M30 pull out of LQ Pool and our intention is to trade it to the top of the H4 pool, if price will not make it out of the pool. Again once price make it out of the pool we go long again.
