Holding buy until 1.25 at least seems appropriate.
It's normal for price to retrace due to the fall of USD in the morning due to the news from Japan.

So on DailyFX for FOMC they are expecting a rate rate if only 0.125 it seems as opposed to the 0.25 that’s been talked about

Pound-dollar is the W top on the daily chart, but it looks like the 3 top on the 4-hour chart. Short positions are held until the lower daily bar.
