Maybe the point is to learn how not to blow an account first, and only then to try to make money.

You added a condition to free speech that does not exist. Everyone has the right to explain his point of view in whatever manner that HE chooses. He can even choose to do it in a manner that is in violation of the law.

1. Do you place a sell order around 123.40 or do you set an alarm to tell you when that hits?
