I think today is started the second cycle of the daily cycle (green rectangle)
the important thing will be breackout of yesterday top or yesterday bottom in order to understand next move for 13/14 days from low of 6 january 2023

Have you tried using the 9 period dema and ema? The advantage of these over the hma is that as the curves separate your trend is getting stronger and as they move together the trend weakens.

I beleive you have a nice strategy so you are ok unless you are following someone and getting it wrong or would like members to follow a narrative. The problem always come when someone who has some power starts imposing norms upon the people and this is why we find ourselves as we are in western world. I was told this by an Asian CEO i worked for. He was from Malasyia and could see straight away the decline in Europe and this was around 2010.
