Decent retrace. I think this is the same time the bulls took over on Friday could be seeing a retrace to above 124 unless it’s a false break out. Hard to tell.

GU Session LQ Sweep Journal Week 2
Best time to know whether an Asian move (whether Impulsive or Corrective move will hold or reverse) is 30mins before Frankfurt, Frankfurt Open and 30mins In Frankfurt session, without Considering UK or Eurozone Red news (to be disclosed in the near time span), & I denote it as Critical Time of the day (based on 1st week of session analysis)

1st week observation:
One Way move-
If Asian session took prior NY highs/lows (or an unmitigated High/Low) but fail to produce a clear BO, and reverse during the session, at Critical time, if you see an engulfing candlestick formation in the same direction of Asian (or many directional candlestick formation supporting the Asian move) , the Asian direction might continue with High Probability.

Ranging session-
However, if Asian session was a ranging one, at critical time if the PA becomes wild and take Asian Range High or Asian range Low, usually the London session will be the opposite of the Critical time Fakeout.
Now the good question to ask ourselves is where the Asian Range formed?
At Higher Time Frame support or HTF Resistance?
Also, during a range, you already know which way actual BO will occur, and it is usually the first wick which sweeps 3-4 prior candle high/low (IT test the thickness of wall and kill some on duty night shift soldiers) to get a lower number of soldiers to fight on their surprise attack.

However, when factoring fundaments, more than 80% technical becomes obsolete.

I agree with you, we still have to see higher price for Wave 4.

I believe this is a correction rather than the start of a new trend.
If this analysis is correct, we should be seeing the price below parity during Wave 5.
