This might be helpful for some forex learners, It helped me a lot. See the images... I price is below the Moving average always look highs to sell...if price is above the moving average, look for dips for long entries. Always observe price action before pulling the trigger.
Observe supply and demand areas, these are perfect entries. Stops must be placed enough far from the trade to provide space for the price to go back and forth and to your direction. This broad strategy helped me to have more than 80% win rate. Risk reward is very imported.
Attached indicator is already set, don't need to change the values.

This ideas was stolen from Mr. Teek , Just say thanks to him if you like.

Haven't seen that compression for such a long day on GU. However Friday, don't have high impact news that move the market, so price is expected to consolidate within a range. However today was good day for AU price moved 180 Pips.
