My old weekly V chart for DXY, is telling me different story, I rather see stairs the other way round for this moment in time. I can't believe dollar index is sitting on the second step. What an upredicted monster that controls many markets.

I am happy that my previous belief is correct. I am now looking for a final confirmation-a close below 1.2280 on the hourly. If that happens, we will be targeting 1.19 area in roughly 3 weeks time in my opinion.

A quick update on my Cable trade.

I was pretty tired on Tuesday evening after long hours travelling. Wednesday, yesterday was a volatile day, beginning with BOJ inaction, defying market expectation. Yen went on a dump and pump ride. Then, we had this massive US dollar selling, pushing Sterling and risk sensitive currencies up,

Let's see how's my Cable cooking... I think I've accumulated 26 sell positions, so far. Total lots size came up to 0.03 x 26 = 0.78. Now, there's a chance that Cable might not be going back to below 1.20 within reasonably short amount of time. We'll see where it takes us to, and I'll react accordingly.

I'll not elaborate too much on trends into FOMC and BOE MPC meetings. However, I expect some form of repositioning of trades by market investors leading into these events.

Cable 1H chart
If cable is still bullish I think I will go up from @ 61.8 ( 1.23186 )
If cable is going to be bearish I want to see it goes up and test fib levels @ 50.0 ( 1.23772 ) and 61.8 ( 1.23910 ) and then go down
