Coreg, are you saying that it will reverse at 1.2238? That kind of commitment is rare on this site!
Instead of the typical I may not be right, why don't people say something direct and positive, this is my opinion and not trading advice, nice and sweet!

dantpm, I don't know where it will go, where it will stop, or where it will reverse. I trust my setups and act when the PA tells me to take action. By my estimate, you should know already that we don't post here sure things and every setup can be busted.

Usually i dont place limits.. trying something new.. but yeah price wont get there today… but dxy should re test this support tomorrow… based on that placed it.. gut feeling

Update for today.. few winners with long and losers as well so currently at breakeven… 1 trade is on with a bit awful entry…

GU not clear direction at the moment , however there are a couple of options.

Assuming the current daily swing is corrective as it is moving against the weekly then i would trade it from the hourly and go short

Second option is that if the current weekly swing is a correction against the monthly ( however it does not look like a complete swing yet as the weekly has not passed below the monthly but assuming it is complete then i would trade from the 4H and go long

If i was to take a bias it would be short as i explained above the weekly is in an incomplete correction against the monthly

A confluence of pivots. My weekly pivot at 1.21838 and monthly pivot at 1.21769 unable to get a 4 hourly close below and also unable to close above my daily pivot at 1.22063. It is tight. I will monitor a solid 4hr to daily break above 1.22500 for Bulls or 1.21500 for Bears. I still lean towards bulls and time will tell especially from the 20th onwards. January, never an easy month to trade, with thin liquidity.

I will only open hedge from 2250 or above as US was closed today it didnt retrace back enough to short for 150+ pips. Hoping Asian session would again bring the price up to short it in LO or NY for tomorrow.
