In my opinion, i look for stop hunts (B) and time:
Order Blocks/FVG, are only becomes relevant when OB/FVG generated after the Stop hunts is done not before, where as old FVG meant to be filled yet you will notice a stop hunt too.

how do we see stop hunt:
on 1 Minute chart please Mark high lows of daily and also h4 and then H1 or M30 (i keep shuffling between them or keep both of them) see it will be visible for your self, to see HTF scenario move out to H4 and see high lows of monthly/weekly and daily. remember market is fractal.

Time:
To note time notice the demarcation lines on the chart after above marking and see how after a stop hunt price behave, below chart for quicks reference.

Do you mean shift from uptrend to downtrend? On my system, it is for M15 TF but no TFs above it. The subsequent upswing is the H1 rally that I mentioned that needs to be monitored to see if it indeed ends as a mere rally. If yes, it is highly likely that the subsequent return down will make at least an equal low. But smaller TFs would need to be monitored to see how they are building those H1 swings.

I said earlier today that H8 is due to drop, and the downtrends are slowly progressing upward through the Tfs from the smaller to the larger TFs, as required.

Hi Dantpm,
To be honest, most brokers that are regulated don't give a rats arse about our stops even if they can see it. Most trades are offset in house. Lets assume on the assumption that 80% of traders lose all the time, hence the B book system and not against regulations. A very simple example. If the broker has 60 dollars in long trades and 40 dollars in short trades from their clients, they have deficit of 20 dollars. They have 40 dollars in trades that have been offset, like hedging. The broker gains nothing but swap fees and commissions.
They have a balance of 20 dollars and the broker will take the opposite of the client trades. Getting back to the analogy of 80% to 90% percent of traders will lose their accounts they stand to gain 80 to 90 percent of taking the opposite of the clients trades. Brokers don't like to work against us. They need our business and most buy/sell stops and limits and so forth will be due to slippage between the broker and the market maker (A Book) fed through to the client.
In a nutshell.

I would not have entered at 1.218X because I see that upswing as a rally, and that level is already retraced too far to be worthwhile. And trying to trade that rally via a smaller TF, say M5, was not possible because the low volatility offered very small distance to targets.

And any target above 1.2250 would mean it is not a rally after all, so that would be an unrealistic target for me, anyway, seeing how I see it as a mere rally thus far.

Let's view this on the H1 time frame. The 1.218X support had been breached by the bearish marubozu but price reclaimed ABOVE the support level.

My cumulative net volume for today is positive (excess buy orders) so I would gladly take buy positions at support levels.

The 15 min tf shows it even pristine clear.

The H1 chart I shared is exactly like the image in (B)
Just visualize only the closing price of each period or change from candle stick to LINE and you will see it clearly.
